Step 2 — Input Kit & Training: Seedlings + input package; FSC training; continuous extension (field calendars, IPM, irrigation).
Step 3 — Production Support: Routine agronomist visits; pest/disease alerts; mid-season checks.
Step 4 — Aggregation & Grading: Nearby collection center; grading by size/freshness/defects; traceability recorded (farmer ID, batch, date).
Step 5 — Offtake & Settlement: Pre-agreed price formula; inputs/services netted off; fast payment (mobile money/bank) with a statement.
Key benefits to farmers: guaranteed market access; better yields from quality seedlings & inputs; lower risk via technical support and transparent pricing.
